1. Kapsam
Bu politika, dijital çalgıyı çalarken, alıştırma yaparken, proje kaydederken, dosya paylaşırken ve Tını Pro satın alırken veya geri yüklerken bilgilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. OpeTest Apps kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmez.
2. Cihazınızda işlenen bilgiler
Projeler ve adları, uygulamanın kendi ses çıkışının kayıtları, çalım ve döngü olayları, ses ayarları, tercihler ve alıştırma ilerlemesi yerel olarak saklanır. Kayıtlar cihazınızın mikrofonunu kullanmaz.
Çalgı ve kaydı çalıştırmak için ses çıkış yolu, örnekleme hızı ve çalma durumu gibi teknik ses bilgileri de işlenir. Bu bilgiler uygulama içinde kullanılır. OpeTest Apps kendi analiz veya otomatik ses tanılama gönderme hizmetini işletmez.
Çalmak için mikrofon, kamera, konum, kişiler veya fotoğraflar erişimi istenmez. Dosya içe ve dışa aktarma işlemleri, sizin seçiminizle sistemin dosya seçicileri ve paylaşım araçları üzerinden yapılır.
3. Satın alma ve geri yükleme
Android'de Tını Pro satın alma ve geri yükleme işlemlerini Google Play, iOS'ta Apple App Store yürütür. Mağaza; hesap, cihaz, fatura, ödeme ve işlem bilgilerini kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikası kapsamında işleyebilir. OpeTest Apps, kartınızın tüm bilgilerini veya mağaza hesabınızın parolasını almaz.
Uygulama, Pro erişimini kontrol etmek için ürün, satın alma durumu, işlem kanıtı veya kimlikleri gibi gerekli bilgileri alır. Erişimi hatırlamak için doğrulanmış kanıtı uygulamanın özel depolamasında saklayabilir. Bu sürümde bu bilgiler OpeTest Apps sunucusuna gönderilmez. Yerel uygulama verileri silinse de mağazanın satın alma kayıtları kalabilir.

4. Paylaşım ve sistem yedekleri
Bir WAV, proje veya ilerleme dosyasını dışa aktardığınızda ya da paylaştığınızda sistem dosyayı seçtiğiniz uygulamaya veya konuma iletir. Sonraki işlemler alıcının politikalarına da bağlıdır. OpeTest Apps otomatik olarak bir kopya almaz.
İşletim sistemi veya mağazanın yedekleme, cihaz aktarımı ve tanılama hizmetleri; ayarlarınıza ve Google veya Apple hizmetlerine göre çalışabilir. Cihaz ve ayarlar izin veriyorsa yerel veriler sistem yedeğine dahil edilebilir. Bu politika, ilgili sağlayıcıların politikalarının yerine geçmez.
5. Reklam ve izleme
Bu sürümde reklam, reklam kimliği, reklam SDK'sı veya yayıncının işlettiği davranışsal izleme araçları yoktur. Proje verilerinizi veya kayıtlarınızı satmayız. Yayıncı tarafından işletilen bulut eşitlemesi, sosyal topluluk veya sohbet sunulmaz.
6. Destek talepleri
Destek adresine yazarsanız OpeTest Apps; e-posta adresinizi, mesajınızı ve isteğinizle eklediğiniz dosyaları talebi yanıtlamak ve çözmek için işler. Genel bir soru için kayıt veya eksiksiz ödeme belgesi göndermeniz gerekmez. Destek bilgileri, talep için gerekli süre boyunca ve uygulanıyorsa yasal saklama süreleri kapsamında tutulur.
7. Saklama ve silme
Yerel projeler ve dosyalar, siz silene veya uygulama verilerini temizleyene kadar saklanır. Stüdyo'dan projeleri silebilir, uygulamanın veri araçlarıyla ilerlemeyi yönetebilir veya sıfırlayabilirsiniz. Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizlemek, uygulamanın özel yerel verilerini kaldırır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak yerel dosyaları silebilir; saklamak istediklerinizi önceden dışa aktarın.
Dışa aktarılan, paylaşılan veya sistem tarafından yedeklenen kopyaları ilgili konumlarından silmeniz gerekir. Uygulamayı veya bir projeyi silmek satın almayı iptal etmez ve ücret iadesi sağlamaz. Satın alma ve iade talepleri mağazanın sürecine tabidir.
8. Güvenlik
Uygulama, özel depolama alanını ve işletim sisteminin korumalarını kullanır. Ödemeler ilgili mağaza üzerinden yürütülür. Hiçbir sistem mutlak güvenlik sağlayamaz; cihazınızı ve dışa aktarılan yedeklerinizi koruyun.
9. Çocuklar ve gizlilik hakları
Uygulama çocuklardan kişisel profil oluşturmasını istemez; sohbet veya reklam içermez. Satın almalar, mağazanın izinlerine ve ebeveyn kontrollerine bağlıdır.
Geçerli mevzuatın tanıdığı ölçüde, OpeTest Apps'in aldığı bilgiler hakkında bilgi, erişim, düzeltme veya silme talep edebilir ve diğer veri koruma haklarınızı kullanmak için bize yazabilirsiniz. Yalnızca cihazınızda bulunan projeler uygulama ve sistem üzerinden yönetilir; OpeTest Apps bunlara uzaktan erişemez. Yetkili veri koruma kurumuna da başvurabilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Özellikler veya veri işleme değişirse bu politika ve tarihi güncellenir. Uygulamaya dahil edilen sürüme Ayarlar'dan ulaşabilirsiniz.

Tını Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how information is handled when you play the digital instrument, practise, record projects, share files, and buy or restore Tını Pro. You do not need to create an OpeTest Apps user account.
2. Information processed on your device
Projects and their names, recordings of the app's own audio output, playing and loop events, sound settings, preferences and practice progress are stored locally. Recordings do not use your device's microphone.
Technical audio information such as the audio output route, sample rate and playback state is also processed to run the instrument and recording. This information is used within the app. OpeTest Apps does not operate its own analytics or automatic audio diagnostics reporting service.
No access to the microphone, camera, location, contacts or photos is requested in order to play. Importing and exporting files is done, at your choice, through the system's file pickers and sharing tools.
3. Purchases and restoring
Purchases and restores of Tını Pro are handled by Google Play on Android and by the Apple App Store on iOS. The store may process account, device, billing, payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. OpeTest Apps does not receive your full card details or your store account password.
To check Pro access, the app receives the necessary information such as the product, purchase status, transaction proof or identifiers. It may store the verified proof in the app's private storage to remember access. In this version this information is not sent to an OpeTest Apps server. Store purchase records may remain even if local app data is deleted.
The Google Play Billing library and store services may process technical app- and device-related information, including purchase events and errors, under Google's policy in order to provide, protect and maintain billing. 4. Sharing and system backups
When you export or share a WAV, project or progress file, the system passes the file to the app or location you choose. What happens next also depends on the recipient's policies. OpeTest Apps does not automatically receive a copy.
Backup, device transfer and diagnostics services of the operating system or store may operate depending on your settings and on Google or Apple services. If the device and settings allow it, local data may be included in a system backup. This policy does not replace the policies of those providers.
5. Advertising and tracking
This version has no ads, advertising identifier, advertising SDK or behavioural tracking tools operated by the publisher. We do not sell your project data or recordings. No publisher-operated cloud sync, social community or chat is offered.
6. Support requests
If you write to the support address, OpeTest Apps processes your email address, your message and any files you attach in order to answer and resolve the request. You do not need to send recordings or full payment documents for a general question. Support information is kept for as long as needed for the request and, where applicable, for legal retention periods.
7. Retention and deletion
Local projects and files are kept until you delete them or clear the app data. You can delete projects from the Studio, and manage or reset progress with the app's data tools. Clearing app data from Android settings removes the app's private local data. Uninstalling the app may delete local files; export anything you want to keep beforehand.
Exported, shared or system-backed-up copies must be deleted from where they are stored. Deleting the app or a project does not cancel a purchase or give a refund. Purchase and refund requests are subject to the store's process.
8. Security
The app uses private storage and the operating system's protections. Payments are handled through the relevant store. No system can guarantee absolute security; please protect your device and exported backups.
9. Children and privacy rights
The app does not ask children to create a personal profile and contains no chat or ads. Purchases depend on the store's permissions and parental controls.
To the extent recognised by applicable law, you can write to us to request information about, access to, correction or deletion of the information OpeTest Apps receives, and to exercise your other data protection rights. Projects that exist only on your device are managed through the app and the system; OpeTest Apps cannot access them remotely. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
10. Changes and contact
If features or data processing change, this policy and its date will be updated. The version included in the app can be found in Settings.
